    I had an amazing stay! The hotel is located near the city center, perfect for my travel needs. The staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, especially the Indonesian food. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was excellent.

The pool was a highlight, with its spaciousness and heated water that felt like swimming in the sea. the breakfast offered an extensive variety and the bed and pillow were exceptionally comfortable. The location was also ideal, providing accessibility to nearby attractions.

    The difficulty in ordering food to your room, as the QR code on the TV screen was not easily scannable with some smartphones. Another issue was the lack of dinner options available when I arrived at the hotel late, with only beer being offered for drinks.

    We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. With exclusive amenities, such as a spacious swimming pool and beautiful garden area, we were able to relax and unwind during our stay. the room advantages were impressive, with modern furnishings and high-tech features that made our stay even more enjoyable. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided exceptional service and delicious food, making our dining experience unforgettable. the location advantages added to our experience, with convenient access to nearby attractions and shopping areas.

    The only minor issue we encountered was ordering food to our room using the TV screen's QR code. As some smartphones struggled with the scanner, a print-out QR code would have been appreciated.

    the staff was incredibly polite and accommodating, making my experience truly memorable. the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring that I slept soundly every night. the breakfast served was delicious and had an impressive variety to choose from. the location was great, making it convenient for me to explore the city during the day. Another great advantage was the heated pool, with a little bit of salt that made it feel like I was swimming in the ocean!

    That ordering food to the room required scanning a QR code on the TV screen, which was a bit difficult with my phone. It would have been much easier if they provided a printed QR code.
